Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Biznhand services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Biznhand provides SaaS solutions including Gasflow and other business management software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Biznhand and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not share it except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In case of extended outages, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease
• You may export your data within 30 days
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biznhand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Biznhand harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
